If you’re not satisfied, return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused or minimally used (test operation is fine)
- Complete with all original parts and accessories
How to Return
- Email contact@bladehound.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.
- We will arrange freight pickup from your address at no cost to you for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
For defective or damaged items, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement at your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after 30 days, or items that show signs of heavy use, modification, or intentional damage are not eligible for return or refund.
