Free Freight Shipping

All orders from BladeHound Equipment ship free of charge via freight carrier to any address in the continental United States (48 states). We do not charge shipping or handling fees.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery: 10–20 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Freight Delivery — Important Notes

Equipment ships via flatbed or LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Please be aware of the following:

Curbside delivery: The freight carrier will deliver to the curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving equipment to its final location.
Inspect upon delivery: Inspect all items before signing for delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Photograph any damage immediately.
Someone must be present: An adult must be available to sign for the shipment and assist with unloading.
Forklift or loading dock: For heavier equipment, having access to a forklift or pallet jack is recommended.

Geographic Coverage

We ship to all 48 continental US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. For Alaska/Hawaii inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

Damaged Shipments

If your equipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bladehound.shop with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and replace or refund your order.
